How to use Wiki to add your memories of Stas. It’s Easy!

Thank you for visiting this website to add your thoughts, memories and pictures. We really appreciate it. It is easy to create a new page or edit an existing one, even if you have never used wiki before (many people haven't).

Instructions:

You will need an account to edit. After this site has been found by spammers we ask that you email us form the Contact Us page with your preferred user name and we will send you a random password that you can later change on the preferences page. If you had an account and it no longer works, also send us an email with your user name and we will fix it for you. Once you have an account, you will be able to create a new page and edit it’s content as many times as you wish.

After logging in with you new account, you will probably want to start by creating a new page. To add a new page you will first create a link to it with a new page name that you select. Then you click on the new link that you just added to add your own content. To start you will need to think of a good name for your page, let's say you wand to call it "My Memories of Stas". On the Memories page please click on the "edit" tab at the top of the main page or on an (edit) link to the right of the section heading of a section where you are adding your link to.

For example:

To add your writings to the category, Pages Contributed in Memory of Stas Ionov

1. Click on (edit) to the right of the heading;
2. Create an internal link by typing on a new line: "* [[My_Memories_of_Stas|My Memories link text]] by Your Name(new line)". This creates a link to "My Memories of Stas" internal Wiki page with the "My Memories link text" under the link;
3. Click on "Show Preview" button to see what it will look like. It should be red (new page link) and have the form:
   • My Memories link text by Your Name
4. If it looks good to you, click on "Save Page" button.
5. Click on your newly created link My Memories link text. This will take you to a new page called "Editing My Memories of Stas".
6. You are now ready to add your content. When you have typed what you would like to be shown on your new page, click on "Show Preview" at the bottom of the page and then if your are happy with the preview on "Save Page".
